FIU is now in partnership with Misaruta University in Libya. The agreement was signed by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Öztoprak and the President of Misurata University, Prof. Dr. Altaher M. Alhubge during our Rector’s recent visit to Libya. The collaboration will focus particularly on the fields of tourism and engineering, and start with FIU contributing to Misaruta University’s upcoming Engineering conference. Misaruta University will then participate in the  “IEEE 9. International Numerical Intelligence and Communication Networks Conference’’ to be held at FIU. Further projects will include student and staff exchanges, and joint conferences, publications and research as well as cultural activity.
