Final International University Rectorship and Public Services Commission Presidency signed a protocol. The protocol aimed at the question provision for the examinations to be held by Public Services Commission was signed on part of the Public Services Commission President Kamil Karyal and FIU Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Oztoprak. General Secretary of KHK Metin Gültekin also took part in the signature ceremony. The Rector of FIU, Oztoprak stated that as a university they will serve to the public and it is crucial KHK to carry on its activities with being confidential. Oztoprak indicated that they will willingly contribute to the Public Services Commission and they are present at every kind of cooperation. KHK President Karyal stated on the other hand that questions will be asked from the university and he also gave his thanks to the university staff for the cooperation.

KARYAL GAVE UTTERANCE TO THE PROTOCOL SIGNED WITH FIU

Public Services Commission President Kamil Karyal stated that within the frame of their duties as commission, they are sensitive to the examinations to be prepared confidentially.  Because of this, with a system they enhanced, the examination papers are prepared confidentially and kept in a special area so as to protect the universities from which they asked for questions.  While Karyal carries out his duties regarding appointment, nobility, transmission as well as discipline affairs in line with the Teachers’ Statute, Public Health Professionals’ Statute and State Employees’ Statute frames; he emphasized that they sometimes ask for questions as well from the universities in our country. In addition to this, he stated that are pleased to be able to benefit from the academic accumulations of Final International University.

OZTOPRAK: SERVICING TO THE PUBLIC IS OUR DUTY

Final International University Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Oztoprak stated in his speech that as a university besides the education activities, they are also present for giving service to the country.  Oztoprak emphasized that in this context he will be present with his academic staff as well as the question banks whenever it is required the questions related with the demanded fields to be prepared upon the request of the Public Services Commission.
