Aim: There are a great number of university graduates who are experts in their fields but have not received teacher training. These graduates want to be teachers, and there are vacancies for these people who have expert knowledge and teaching training. The aim of this program is to provide theoretical and practical educational courses to these experts in their fields and to enable them to become teachers.

3. Explain general methods of measurement and evaluation and apply them in their fields.
4. Explain special teaching methods in their fields and apply them.
5. Define the technologies used in education and use them.
6. Explain and conduct classroom management issues.
7. Conduct a research project related to their fields.
8. Show a positive attıtude towards the teaching profession.
9. Act according to the ethical rules of the teaching profession.
10. Improve themselves by following the developments in their fields.
